Jane Phan started in real estate in 2014 after a successful career working in market research analytics and strategy with an international consumer packaged goods company. As a corporate employee she was disappointed by the constant mergers, splitting and re-merging. Jane preferred an environment where she could have more control of her work, her projects and her future. She wanted to express her creativity, develop her own ideas and follow them through to marketing. After years of conducting research, performing analytics and supporting sales and marketing efforts, she wanted to develop her own client relationships and grow her own clientele. Jane's interest in commercial property management, plus being a homeowner and landlord, influenced her decision to become a realtor. With a solid background in consumer behaviour, understanding customer needs and relationships as well as her ability for market research and analytics allows her to come up with the most effective solution for her clients. But it is Jane's desire to connect with her clients and develop strong relationships that motivates her to use her capabilities to provide the best possible, often creative solutions. Jane also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin to better relate to some of her clients.
