Socrates Apallas
Broker/Manager
Socrates Apallas was just 15 years old when he participated in a student co-op placement which would define his career. As a child Socrates liked architecture, houses and playing monopoly, so when it came time to do his school co-op he chose a real estate brokerage. It was then that he decided he wanted to be an Realtor. Socrates then studied creative advertising until he was of legal age to sell real estate. By the time he graduated he was already selling real estate. 10 years later, his ‘#LivingToronto’ philosophy is as contagious as his personality. Three years ago Socrates set up a private office in Corktown, Toronto at 56 Berkeley Street. His team of 6 are known as a cool and contemporary crew of fresh thinkers who approach the business as consultants hired for their experience and advice. Socrates’ philosophy is present throughout the customer experience from start to finish. No wonder most of Socrates’ business now comes from repeat clients and referrals. #LivingToronto > Fresh. Local. Real Estate.
