Andrew Dybenko started his real estate career in 2007 after having worked as a sports consultant with a not-for-profit provincial sports organization. Looking for a greater degree of independence and entrepreneurship he quickly realized that having daily independence and a flexible schedule came with some challenges. Andrew soon mastered his time management and learned to work within the unique real estate environment. By leveraging his experience and skills in working with sports organizations and governments he is able to provide full-service solutions for his clients. Andrew's business approach is to continuously find added value to provide his clients, even after he has helped them find their home or investment property. His philosophy is to treat others as you want to be treated and to provide the same service that you would expect. Andrew intentionally avoids focusing too much on one particular neighbourhood or property type so that he can maintain a complete set of reference points when advising his clients and providing them information and options. As a father of two young children, he knows that giving his clients perspective allows them, without regret, to make the right choice for them.
