Charles Shao began his real estate career in 2008 as an extension of his interior design business. He wanted a complimentary career with its own learning curve and opportunities. Charles' urban modern classic style, with its straight lines and flowing open concepts, is ideal for downtown condominium units and outlying townhomes, especially in the High Park and Junction areas. Most of the properties he works with are in the 800-1200 square foot range and his clients tend to be younger couples between 28 and 45 years old. Charles knows that the key for success in real estate is to understand your clients, the market and your neighbourhood, which is why it is so important to be a good listener. He is easygoing and prides himself in working with unique spaces to provide creative solutions to get his clients the right property for their needs.
