Dave Cashell was born in Cork, Ireland and his mother was born in Saskatchewan, which makes him a dual citizen. While in Ireland Dave was involved in managing his Family's Business, Cashell's Pharmacy while also working as an International Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker. His 25+ year career in International Trade Development Supply Chain Management and Logistics has honed his ability to cut through and see potential solutions for his clients. Dave Cashell immigrated to Canada in his 20s. All his life Dave has been involved in buying, renovating, managing and selling properties in Canada and Ireland, and this keen interest and passion has led him to a full time career as a Realtor. From his diverse background Dave can provide his clients with the knowledge, insight and marketing to secure the best outcome for their existing and future homes. Having lived in the Beach for over 25 years, been actively involved in community sports, Dave lives by the belief that "What's for you won't pass you by".
