Eshai Hirshberg
Sales Representative
With an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering and an M.B.A. in Real Property from Schulich School of Business, Eshai Hirshberg started working in commercial mortgages for CIBC in 2001. Inspired by his father, a long-time real estate developer, financier, and property manager he obtained his real estate licence in 2007. Eshai continues to support his father's projects as a real estate sales representative and is involved in all aspects of the redevelopment process. He finds his licence especially useful for selling builder projects on MLS. Eshai's philosophy is to always be prudent, honest with people, and treat every transaction as though it is your own property or money. His strategy is to find obsolete real estate within the Greater Toronto Area and re-position it for better use. He loves the opportunity to create value for his clients, his father and himself by pursuing potential redevelopments.
