"As first time home buyers, Gordon’s critical eye was valuable when looking through homes. He also had a great knowledge of East Toronto and ended up finding our dream home for us - before we even saw it on the market. Thanks again Gordon!" Michelle Bailey
"I met Gordon while he was door-knocking to invite locals to an open house down the road. I asked him to take a quick look at my place as I was considering selling the house. He came in, did a quick assessment, and we agreed for a more in-depth meeting later. I got a good feeling from him. He seemed self-assured without arrogance. I think that comes from knowing your business and knowing yourself. He told me what I needed to do in order to get top dollar for my house as quickly as possible. He cracked the whip to get everything done that needed to be done. He spent a good deal of time prepping the house for sale. The staging he did was fantastic (I sort of didn't want to leave, it looked so good). The house sold quickly once it was put on the market. I got a great new place with him as well. Good all around. Highly recommended." Frank Hannen
"Gord's services turned a nightmare into a dream. Our landlord proposed selling the house we were renting to us as a private deal. Based on advice from a friend, we tried to handle the sale on our own. The process started out difficult and quickly became more and more complicated. It looked like not only was the deal going to fall through, but the rental situation was also up in the air.
We enlisted Gord's help, and his experience and skills turned everything around. Within just a week, the deal was finalized at a price far better than we could have ever hoped for. Gord was also able to provide us referrals to the other services we needed (home inspector, lawyers, etc.), all of whom were excellent to work with. None of this would have been possible on our own, and it is all thanks to Gord's help that we're now enjoying our home." Ian Tweddell
"Gord was professional and hard working every step of the way. He has been my realtor on two occasions and both experiences were very positive." Connie
