Before beginning his real estate career in 2010, Ken Lauder ran his own residential cleaning businesses for over 30 years that included carpets, furniture, windows and homes. He had always been interested in real estate and bought his own house when he was 18 years old while studying Kinesiology at the University of Guelph. Ken was attracted to the business as a career because of the independence and opportunity for growth. He brings with him a highly developed habit of reliability and dependability. Ken is used to tight timelines and when asked to do something the last minute by a panicking client, he gets into action delivering on their needs and instilling a sense of calmness. His greatest strength is getting a house clean and smelling great for a sale. For Ken, real estate signifies a sense of security, a sense of pride in homeownership and an amazing investment vehicle.
