Lindsay Beamer received certification in Pre-Health Science from Fanshawe College before graduating with a Psychology Degree from York University. She began her career working as a bartender in Toronto, as well as an event assistant for an event company, both of which required excellent customer service and people skills. Her background also helps her in determining what people are interested in and looking for. Both her education and job experience would soon prove to be a valuable combination in her next career as a realtor. Lindsay was introduced to the real estate industry by her husband, a 15 year veteran real estate sales representative and investor. They soon purchased a home together in the Upper Beach and renovated it. Today, Lindsay lives and works in the Upper Beach neighbourhood. She enjoys visiting houses to assess their potential and what can be done with them. Lindsay also likes taking people out in search their next perfect home and helping to give them a picture of what is possible. Her philosophy is not waiting for the storm to pass, but learning to dance in the rain. Lindsay is friendly, easy to get along with, and earns client’s trust by being honest and to the point. She believes that people need honesty first and foremost, followed by good salesmanship. She mostly works with couples and families, using her psychology training to get a feel of what suits them best, what they want and what they need, then helping them find it.
