Nicol Kalnova graduated with a Human Resources Degree from a University in Slovakia before working in the corporate world. She wanted to experience living abroad so she applied for permanent residence in Canada. However, the process took her 4 years and by the time she was approved, she was well into her Human Resources' career in Europe. It was a difficult decision for Nicol to make, but she knew that if she didn't make the move, she would not get another chance. In 2003 she immigrated to Canada to begin an 11 year career in recruitment. Today, Nicol is a licensed REALTOR
