Robert Scholes

Robert Scholes is a long-time career realtor with over 32 years experience. He attended Carlton University and married at the age of 21, then started a carpet cleaning company by the age of 22. After one year, Robert sold the business and entered real estate in Ottawa with the Permanent Trust and later moved to his home town of Toronto to be near his family. He has the ability to look at a house and see it for what it really is, aided by his understanding of the contracting side of the business. Robert’s strength is negotiating, based on a policy of giving the straight forward truth, which he finds goes a lot further than trying to be aggressive. His philosophy in life is to be honest and help those in need. Robert strongly believes that whatever you do will come back to you. The focus of his business is mostly repeat business but first-time home buyers are his favourite; helping them learn, and guiding them along their journey to homeownership. For Robert, real estate is everything - it encompasses our whole life, our biggest investment, our lifestyle and it is our home. At a tall 6 feet and 4 inches, Robert is sensitive to the livability aspect of spaces and the impact it has on individuals with different physical characteristics and unique physical needs.
