Roger Martins started a mobile bicycle repair business with his brother while in high school in 1996. Eighteen years later, cycle solutions is an established retail business on Kingston near Main St. In 2011, Roger also started flipping houses. Shortly after he decided to start a real estate career relying on his network of value-added suppliers (contractors, designer, etc.) to achieve a competitive advantage over other realtors. Roger likes the one-on-one personal interaction with his clients and follows a strategy of providing customer service to grow his business. It is no surprise that much of his business if from his clients at the bicycle shop.
