Terry Brown had a successful sales and marketing career in the consumer packaged goods industry, culminating with his last position as General Manager for Elizabeth Arden Canada. He attributes a great deal of his success to the skills and empathy he developed growing up playing sports, and to his education, with Majors in Psychology and Law from Carlton University. It is the combination of this knowledge that makes Terry an effective sales and marketing resource. Today, he derives great satisfaction from helping people with their real estate needs and utilizing the skills he's developed throughout his life. His specialty is homes built in East York and Old East York. Terry prides himself in understanding his customer's needs, maintaining a high level of integrity and being a gr eat listener. He approaches his business with professionalism and reliability, using his finely-tuned acumen to locate and negotiate the ideal home for his client.
