In 2013, after ten years as a Chartered Accountant, Tom Tang decided to leverage his real estate investment and taxation expertise by obtaining his real estate licence. Tom loves the analytical aspect of the business. By learning about people's lifestyles and living environment it helps him to better find their ideal home. It was the investment side of real estate that first caught Tom's attention. He noticed that real estate has always done well in the long term and was therefore a smart investment. When looking at successful people he observed that a lot of them were real estate moguls or financial leaders, so he decided to become an agent to help his clients accumulate their real estate portfolio. Tom's philosophy is that you only get one life, so take advantage of everything that is thrown at you. He believes in a work-life balance and doesn't go after every business opportunity. Tom's strategy is to service every one of his clients to the best of his ability and make them happy, which usually results in a referral from them.
